Why do I need an interior designer?

Many of us love the romance of 19th century homes - their character, charm, history. But charm will only get you so far. At the end of the day what you really need is good plumbing and a practical kitchen. How do you achieve the latter without sacrificing any of the former? Where, and how, do you start? Usually it starts with a general impression, an idea - but then what? You need someone with knowledge and experience who can help you save time & money, turn your idea into a reality.

What can an interior designer do for me?

'What is the difference between a Federation bungalow and a California Bungalow?' 'What is the difference between Arts & Crafts, Art Nouveau and Art Deco, and which style is suitable for my Federation cottage?'

With decades of experience in the field of period design let us eliminate the anxiety and confusion around what styles, patterns & colours work together and will enhance the look, feel and value of your home, to help you achieve the home of your dreams.
